Residential Design | University of Delaware Student Housing

The goal going into this project was to provide the Alpha Phi woman at the University of Delaware with a chapter house that embodied a design style that was traditional enough to be complimentary to the architecture of the house, yet appealing to the sophisticated, trendy collegiate women in their early 20’s living in this home. Focus on durability, sustainability and meeting codes were continually kept in mind.
